What's up, guys? My name is Logan Crawford. I am a broker and real estate investor based out of Boston, Massachusetts. And recently I found myself working with Mr. Brett Wright for my buyer client. It was our first time working with Brett, and we're also out of state. He's in Florida, we're in Massachusetts. So naturally we had our reservations. And also, not only that, we gave him a very difficult use case. My client was buying a property in an area where there wasn't a ton of comps and the margins were kind of thin. The ARV was speculative. We had our reservations. We weren't sure if it was going to get done. My client had two hard money lenders lined up all the way up until closing. Guess who got it done? Mr. Brett. So happy to endorse him here, I'm actually getting ready to use him myself as an investor purchasing a property. So I think that speaks for itself. Nope. No issues at all in and very communicative. Start to finish, text messages, phone calls, took calls after hours, weekends. He got the job done.
